I am extremely pleased to highlight Managing Director & Operations Leader Linette Allison in this edition of the Gallagher Integrated Vitals Newsletter.  Linette is one of our most experienced and respected consultants and has been a major contributor to the Total Compensation & Rewards team for many years. In 2011 she took the lead of managing the compensation survey team and in the time since, has increased participation in our Leadership, Staff, and Nursing surveys by 112%, 93%, and 202% respectively, making our surveys some of the most thorough in the nation!
