Toni Dolby is a Managing Director & Senior Advisor with the Total Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. She is one of a handful of people who has contributed to the firm’s rise to leadership in the compensation consulting field, almost from the beginning.
During her 25-plus years with the firm, Ms. Dolby has served as a senior account executive and a vice president for client services. She became a principal in the firm in 1995 and a partner the following year.
Ms. Dolby has designed compensation, benefit, and retention plans for a wide variety of health system organizations ranging in size from the local community hospital to some of the largest healthcare systems in the nation. Ms. Dolby has been instrumental in facilitating the coordination of compensation plans for various clients following a merger or reorganization. She has led, literally, hundreds of client assignments designing compensation philosophies and strategies, developing annual and long-term incentive plans and supplemental retirement plans.
Ms. Dolby's breadth of experience and longevity at Gallagher enable her to manage a large number of client projects during every stage of their development as well as the ongoing, long-term relationship.
Ms. Dolby received a degree in accounting from Moorhead (Minnesota) State University.
