Kenya Spann is a Human Resources Consulting Manager of Gallagher Benefit Services’ Human Resources & Compensation Consulting Practice.
Ms. Spann has a broad range of human resources experience with a proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels, in a variety of industries to build winning cultures, performance leadership, and HR solutions that drive results. She is known as a superior relationship manager and consensus builder, with the talent for helping organizations link people strategies to business strategies.
Prior to joining GBS, Ms. Spann held human resources leadership positions in a variety of industries. Among some of the other roles include Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources at City Colleges of Chicago and Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Chicago Urban League. In her current role as a consultant and a trusted advisor, she partners with clients on a variety of projects including HR assessments, training, compliance reporting, handbook development, talent and performance management, and business process improvements.
Ms. Spann holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from DeVry University.
Ms. Spann is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
