Mr. Stutelberg has also worked with many clients in the development of appropriate policies, procedures, and governance structures to ensure the organization is consistent with the best practices around physician compensation compliance.
In addition, Mr. Stutelberg has assisted clients in the development of compensation strategies and performance-based compensation programs for physicians in administrative positions, including identifying appropriate benchmarks, measuring performance, and developing medical directorship and clinical co-management programs. In these projects he assists clients with the development of financial proformas and operational analyses that assist clients in improving the financial performance and clinical outcomes of a service line or clinical practice.
Mr. Stutelberg has a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
